Planning
As of right now i have a good idea of what i plan on doing this semester, i have always been large scale so i want to do a projection piece where murder/death scenes will be projected onto a mannequin. a couple of pieces that represent this idea are [ http://current.com/items/86296751/cool_projection_art.htm ] [ http://www.rossashton.com/ ] right now I'm in the stage of planning out everything and getting all the equipment needed to continue.

Interesting concept, Im looking forward to seeing the scenes and especially how the 2D images will flow and form around on the 3D medium of the mannequin. Sounds really neat =)
ReplyDeleteYou might want to look into Bill Viola. He's a pretty big deal with video art and odd medias, it might help =]
